Hi, I'm Sarah!, a Vancouver-based movement teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. My classes are athletic, function-focused, and have practical mindfulness sprinkled throughout.
I prioritise a simple approach to movement, and aim to foster deeper values of community and friendship in the studio.
You can expect clear ques, individual alignment assistance, functional flows and humour! My goal is for you to leave class feeling more informed and connected to your body, and maybe have made a friend along the way.
I teach public classes at the Modo Yoga Vancouver Studios and offer local movement retreats. I look forward to seeing you soon!
